Class Description
Calling all young chefs and pasta lovers! Join Chef Vicky for a deliciously fun Pasta Party where kids will roll up their sleeves and learn how to create an Italian-inspired meal completely from scratch. From fresh homemade pasta to rich marinara sauce and classic meatballs, this hands-on class is packed with exciting kitchen skills, teamwork, and plenty of tasty bites along the way.
Young chefs will discover how to mix and knead fresh egg pasta dough, roll it through a pasta machine, and cut their own noodles just like real Italian chefs. They’ll also prepare a flavorful homemade marinara sauce, hand-roll classic Italian meatballs, and whip up a creamy Caesar dressing for a fresh salad to complete the meal.
To end on a sweet note, students will bake warm Molten Chocolate Cakes topped with homemade Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream — the perfect dessert for a pasta feast! This class is perfect for kids who love cooking, baking, and getting creative in the kitchen while building confidence and learning new culinary techniques.
